Nikkur Training Course

The Nikkur training course is Daat Center’s specialty: Daat Center was the first to lead the Nikkur revolution, performed according to the Shita of Rav Machpud, Shlita, and the Yerushalmi Shita.

Not so long ago, the Jewish Shechita world lacked the necessary knowledge needed to properly perform Nikkur according to Halacha, something which requires great expertise and precision, and the accepted practice was to sell the rear of the animal to a non-Jew.

Rav Machpud, Shlita, the Nikkur pioneer in Eretz Yisrael and around the world, made it his business to transform Nikkur into something doable, and, following him, Daat Center took upon themselves the challenge and more than a decade ago were the first to open a Nikkur course. Through the years, Daat Center produced a new generation of expert Menakrim from all the religious circles, all of them being Yirey Shamayim, proficient in performing the complicated task of Nikkur and in the high demand of the various Kashrus organizations.

Daat Center’s Nikkur course gives the students comprehensive training under Rabbinic supervision and close guidance, in order to bring each and every student to the maximum level of expertise.

After a few months of intense learning, each student will go out into the working field as an expert Manaker according to the Shita of Rav Machpud and the Yerushalmi Shita, with Daat Center’s prestigious certification diploma in his hand.

Daat Center has made it their business to supply the growing demand for expert Menakrim and was the first to found a Nikkur training course. Through the last decade it has generated a new generation of certified, expert Menakrim who enjoy high demand.
