Graduates Speak

I learned in the Mashgiach Kashrus course at Daat Center. I had an excellent lecturer who taught in great depth and made it truly engaging, yet for some reason I struggled and did not pass the course. When it ended, Daat Center gave me a second course free of charge! I went through it again and, Baruch Hashem, finished with great success. I thank Daat Center for the investment and the dedication. Thanks to you I earn a dignified living from a Torah profession.

I want to thank you for the wonderful kashrus course I took at Daat Center. It was taught beautifully, with attention to the smallest details and real care to answer every student’s needs. The institute listened to every request we had. The classrooms were comfortable and air conditioned, with a small, high-caliber group. After the course they did not leave us; they gave us guidance and advice in finding a position in the field. Today I work as a Mashgiach Kashrus for one of the leading kashrus agencies in the country, and I truly enjoy the work.

I learned at Daat Center for Torah professional training. The learning opened for me a path to a quality Torah parnassah. I want to thank the institute’s staff for the special attention they give every student.

A year ago I finished your shechita course, and I wanted to tell you that I now work as a private shochet for communities abroad. Every so often I fly somewhere new, and I truly enjoy my work and find great fulfillment in it. To anyone thinking of learning to become a shochet, I recommend doing it at Daat Center.
